She also gives 3 mindfulness practices that you can use to bring the brain back to it’s normal, non-stress operating system.

 

These practices also strengthen the neural pathways in the part of the brain, the pre-frontal cortex, that allows you to pay attention, control impulses & registers positive emotions.
